Lynden Canada Day Celebration
Tuesday, July 1
ADMISSION BY DONATION
About the Lynden Canada Day
For over 25 years Lynden Canada Day has been a wonderful day of family fun, community pride and patriotism. Lynden Canada Day is a not-for-profit event organized by a committee of unpaid volunteers from Lynden and surrounding neighbourhoods. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the City of Hamilton’s Community Partnership Program, the Lynden Lions and donations from the day’s delighted visitors, we raise all the funds required to run the day. As a result of that generosity, the entire day - all activities & games, live entertainment, and the best fireworks show in the area - is entirely free for our community’s families. We think that’s a tradition worth continuing!

While no admission is charged to the afternoon activities or the evening fireworks display, donations are gratefully accepted at the gate to defray the expenses of the day. All proceeds are put toward community events.

Lynden's Canada Day festivities would be impossible without the generous support of our local businesses and citizens. Please patronize the businesses below, letting them know you appreciate their willingness to be financially involved for our community's benefit!
